Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, while Motorola Razr 40 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC. Both models have a 6.9-inch OLED LTPO inner display. Razr 40 Ultra has a 3,800mAh battery with 30W wired fast charging, while Razr 40 has a 4,200mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

Prices of Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 have been reduced by Rs 17,000, after which, on the company’s official website, Razr 40 Ultra is listed at Rs 72,999 instead of Rs 89,999, which is a discount of Rs 17,000. At this price it comes in only 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. On the other hand, the Motorola Razr 40 is currently listed at Rs 44,999 with a single 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, which is a discount of Rs 15,000. However, at the time of writing the Razr 40 Ultra appeared to be out-of-stock.

Ultra model comes in Infinite Black and Viva Magenta color options. Razr 40, on the other hand, is offered in Sage Green, Summer Lilac and Vanilla Cream colors.
Company is also offering some bank discounts on the official website, under which customers can get extra off up to Rs 1,500 on top of these discounted prices through credit or debit cards of select banks. Apart from this, no cost EMI options are also available.
